  My vacuum smoked out my whole office, went over to the Vac Shack and asked about a new one. Instead of pressuring me into buying an expensive new one, they offered me a refurbished Kirby. They stripped the entire machine down and made it like new. He also put hepa bags in it to keep the dust down. I now use it in my office every day, and it works great. I have already recommended Sara's Vac Shack to my family.
